Turnaround Co-Ordinator - Qtel Group - Doha

Plan and coordinate all the arrival /departure activities for Fly Dubai(FZ) to ensure a safe and on time turnaround of the flights. Liaise closely with Ramp and Customer Services teams to ensure adherence to the FZ SLAs and highlight any potential problems to minimise impact any impact or disruptions.

Qualifications and Experience
    12 Years of Schooling or equivalent
    4+ yrs of experience in an airline ground services or ground handling environment at an international airport
    Prior experience in the areas of aircraft loading or customer services role will be advantageous
    The job holder must hold a valid UAE driving licence

Knowledge/skills:
    Good understanding of the General Conditions of Carriage, International Civil Aviation Safety and Security Practices as stipulated by (ICAO/IATA) and safety policy of the Company
    Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic speaking and writing is advantageous
    The ideal candidate would have a good working knowledge of customs and immigration rules/regulations, safety and security regulations etc
    PC literate and competent with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
