*Diploma in any discipline; Graduate is preferable. *Excellent supervisory and time management skills *Excellent planning, organizing and maintenance skills *Good proficiency skills in both Arabic and English *Computer literate
Experience Required 10 years experience in the Aviation field n a similar capacity or Ground handling agent.
Monitor, maintain and oversee entire RAMP activities covering the following sections and provide timely assistance for all query/ issue resolutions in order to ensure smooth and efficient completion of all RAMP activities. Sections include;
Cabin Cleaning & Transport
Apron Services
Hub Control,
RAMP Dispatch & Load Control,
Baggage Handling Unit & ULD Control; and
GSE
Oversee all staffing issues, equipment and communication devices service and maintenance in order to ensure that they are in good working conditions at all times.
Oversee the planning and scheduling of staff roster and staff swaps to cover operational requirements under all RAMP sections.
Liaise with external parties/ government authorities/ other airlines and ROP to solve arising issues or general queries as per incoming requests.
Conduct Fault investigations on all arising faulty issues and submit the report to General Manager - RAMP services in order to take necessary action steps.
Ensure compliance to safety and security regulations.
Update knowledge of current company policy and procedures by reading, memo, circulars and manual updates.
