Manager Employee Relations - Oman Air - Muscat

Qualifications    
    Graduate in Human Resources / Business Management.
    6 years in handling employee relations  functions of which 3 years should be managerial experience

Experience Required   
 6 years in handling employee relations functions of which 3 years should be managerial experience 

    Handle all grievances issues for entire company in coordination with the respective user department and ensure to solve them in line with company policies and procedures.
    Timely revision of manuals and suggest amendments of policies as per changing business needs in order to ensure all disciplinary code manual records are maintained up to date to take disciplinary action steps on employees who display unacceptable code of conduct during working hours.
    Conduct disciplinary hearing sessions for all  staff to ensure that they adhere to company policies and guidelines
    Frame Policies and Procedures in coordination with Union Teams as per Ministry of Manpower directive and inline with company’s regulations to handle all employee relations issues as per law.
    Constantly monitor to ensure that  Labor laws pertaining to our business are kept up to date and are available for use with our business adhering to the regulatory requirements.
    Monitor staff attendance from the TAS (Time Attendance System) for salary payment / deductions/ other related payroll processing for staff both in Head Office & in Outstations.
