The Business Analyst is will be supporting the analysis and documentation of business cases, business processes and new system requirements for assigned business areas. Works with the business to define requirements and develops business cases for corporate projects.
Essential:
University degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Administration or related technical discipline
Formal training/qualification in UML methods and tools
Understanding of IT systems development/implementation approaches
Desirable:
PRINCE 2 Methodology knowledge, ITIL Service Designs
Airline/travel domain knowledge is desirable
Good knowledge of current and up and coming technologies, IT products in airline/travel/corporate Finance/HR space
Experience:
3 to 6 years of experience in gap analysis, process modelling, and business case development
Evidence of process modelling and business case development
