This role is to maintain current batch schedules, ensuring continuous system performance through active monitoring of dashboards, restart of failed / stalled jobs and/or additional or amended scripts as required to meet ongoing business needs
Responsibilities
You will be a self-starter with excellent personal time management skills and timekeeping as well as a zero tolerance for error.
Your daily duties are to maintain the batches currently running on the Enterprise Management toolset - Manage Engine to ensure problem-free running of all 300 java scripts.
As necessary you will restart failed or stalled jobs and amend java or Perl scripts to take account of changing parameters or business needs.
You will also be responsible for the monitoring of Etihad web pages, hosted both internally and with 3rd party providers.
Requirements
Candidates must be very strong in, and demonstrable experience using:
Scripting - PERL and Java
CCNE
SCCM
Monitoring tools
