Requirements
Educated up to A Level or equivalent.
Diploma in a related instructional design, development, or delivery field, or equivalent industry experience or certification.
Three years’ experience working with e-learning, blended learning programs and web-based training development.
Foundation knowledge and understanding of learning theory and instructional design techniques.
Experience with course authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate and Lectora.
Proficiency in web design, graphic design, multimedia development and video/audio production tools.
