English and Exams Marketing and Communications Manager

To contribute to the British Council’s English & Exams by delivering and evaluate marketing and communication activities, managing the British Council brand locally, promoting the British Council’s English & Exams products and services to potential and current customers and clients, leading on the digital strategy for the English businesses in-country, ensuring important media presence, and contributing to building long-term relationships with all major stakeholders and target groups

Essential Skills and Knowledge
  • Marketing and Customer Service
  • Strong writing and presentation skills in Arabic (at least C1) and English (level C1 on CEF, IELTS 7 or above)
Experience
  • Experience in a similar role in the private or NGO sector
  • Proven success in application of social media for business use
