Manager Compensations Benefits - Oman Air - Muscat

Qualifications    
    Graduate in Human Resources / Business Management.
    6 years in handling compensation & benefits functions of which 3 years should be managerial experience

Experience Required

    Assist the SM-HR in all matters related to Payroll functions
    Manage the monthly payroll process for all staff  across the SBU/SG/ Departments and for outstations
    Review and recommend changes to existing compensation structure
    Development of policies and procedures related to Compensation & Benefits
    Attend to any staff grievances on all Compensation & Benefits issues and apply an appropriate solution accordingly.
    Participate and  prepare the required data to the new HRMS system  based on the current and proposed Policies
    Provide any assistance to all Chief Officers, General Managers & Head of Departments with regard to Remunerations & Benefits issues with regard to their Team Members and themselves.
    Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan.
