Their main mission is to plan and direct sales segment of the body and home care to accounts identified to achieve the sales and profits with the parameters of company policy.

Job responsibilities

• Set goals and plan strategies to improve the penetration of assigned accounts according to the segment's business plan

• Develop and implement account and the balance of sales for the accounts identified in collaboration with members of the business units affected

• Achieve sales objectives established accounts

• creating customer intimacy at the highest level

• Maintain the visibility and exposure to the accounts defined by maintaining an appropriate calling frequency for R & D, marketing and senior management buy

• Assistance in coordinating activities of the Nuclear Suppliers 'contracts', sales contracts and trade agreements Legal

• Execute and implement projects to create, through the presentation and follow-up / rework

• Management of Sales Assistant, including performance evaluation, coaching and mentoring

Profile

• Business background in economics, marketing experience with strong technical products / innovations with extensive experience in marketing science

• 3-5 years experience in sales, international marketing, product development, preferably in the Middle East and North Africa

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical skills and organized

• Self-starter with strong desire to pursue a career in sales world-class

• Ability to multi-task and handle pressure, deadlines

• excellent communication skills (oral and written)

• Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Willingness to travel

• Fluency in English, Arabic (classical) and French.
