Head - Facilities Management

Complex responsible for business development, operation and maintenance of commercial, residential, industrial buildings.

 Recruitment site.

 Selection of suppliers / contractors.

 Manage the business relationship by negotiating and signing agreements with contractors.

 Establishment of SLAs with providers of outsourced management services, to create systems and processes in different departments according to international standards of service.

 the scope of work includes all MEP services, cleaning, security and Allied Civil Works.

 Coordinating with clients and other consultants.

 To develop and maintain internal and external relationships.

 Ensure that all relevant documents relating to maintenance activities is properly completed and stored in maintenance management and to ensure that the maintenance and repair of the goods under the control of this section is a safe, efficient and timely .

 The candidate should review, update and implement maintenance schedules and work packages for the assets under the control of the facilities, the Maintenance section.

Skills

 Graduate / graduate 10 to 15 years of experience in managing similar facilities / real estate industry / service. If hard-core sales and management experience.

 If the technology business skills and leadership skills and be able to manage large teams on site.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 motivated and proactive

 A valid license to drive in the UAE and the car is a must
