Description : Our Client, Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), with 50,000 employees the leading provider of mission-critical, non-core business process outsourcing (BPO) and information technology (IT) solutions to blue-chip clients worldwide. Outsourcing business processes, allow their clients to lower costs; improve quality, accuracy, and productivity; streamline operations; and become more competitive.
The ACS Relocation Services is dedicated to the international and domestic relocation of Client''s human capital as required by the service level agreement. It provides personalized relocation services for the transferring employee and family, management as per the Service Level Agreement.

They are in need of a Relocation Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team.
REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Relocation process.
* Pre-assignment
- Advice and guide the Client when needed about the basic Gac processes (Request thru Erap, process flow.)
- Review the costing as provided by the Back-End Office and updates in eRAP are completed.
- Review & discuss costing with Manager. Minor changes to costing completed, or major changes sent to Back-office for completion
- Review the LOU when provided by the Back-end Office
- Prepare and track all exceptions
- Set and conduct an orientation meeting with the employee and family
- Address more complex issues to Relocation management or Level 3 Consultant
- Review issues and answers with employee and family
- Coordinate with Home or Host.
* Assignment - Departure - On going support
- Coordinate relocation services and necessary logistics as shipment, temporary housing, host housing, expat car, cultural training with vendors, or local offices and with counterpart
- Payroll : Issue inpat/expat initial payments and on going payments
- Administer the assignment related payments as per country procedures
- Arrange with Back Office the International Healthcare registration, Pwc meetings, Social Security when applicable
- Ensure host payments are processed, i.e. home rental, expat, schooling
- On going support to employee and family.
* Repatriation
- Confirm end date with the Client and expatriate/family
- Review Repatriation Letter provided by Back-end Office
- Coordinate departure services and close out of home rental, car lease, school, etc.
- Provide exit/re-entry tax meetings, cancel International Health Care in coordination with the Back-End Office
-Reconciliation of final payments, close expat payroll
- Maintain link with employee and family during the repat phase.

2. Comply with SLA Quality metric- Audit tasks - reporting
- Send the satisfaction survey to employee as per process
- Maintain global data warehouse (Brio Resource) quality, accuracy metrics, completed data
- Complete and update expat check lists and tracking
- Comply to the audit request by providing necessary audited items
- Report exceptions, savings.
- Preparation of all other required reporting to Management, i.e. Avoidance, billings, etc.
- Governance & Policy development compliance

EDUCATION AND TYPICAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Graduate: equivalent of 2/3 years university plus minimum 2-3 of experience in Human Resources, compensation, service customer, business administration, relocation.
