TRAINING MANAGER
We are looking for highly motivated candidates for the above position.
The role requires you to:
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis
• Identify strategically required training needs of employees
• Prepare the Training Calendar
• Organize and implement training programmes
• Measure training outcomes
• Create an organizational culture for continuous development
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines AND
• Display excellent knowledge in HR and strategy
The Person should have:
• A minimum qualification of a Degree in Human Resource Management
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
• Computer literacy
• Familiarity with the local labor market, labor law and Training Levy policy
• A minimum of 4-5 years experience in the Training field
