Administration Executive - Dubai - United Arab Emirates
ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE - (Facilities Management). Required by a leading Logistics Service provider for their warehousing facility in Jebel Ali. The position will be reporting to the HR Manager and responsible for the complete facilities management function of entire warehousing set-up, specifically relating to implementation and monitoring of HSE regulations as per UAE laws. The ideal candidate must be HSE qualified having 3-5 years relevant experience within a leading logistics company preferably in Jebel Ali and must be familiar with JAFZA systems and procedures of inspections / approvals / licensing and renewals of the warehousing set-up. Must be proficient in the English language and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. Possession of UAE driving license will be an advantage. Competitive salary package offered.
