Job Description RM/NR: Restaurant Manager, Bahrain
Our client, a prestigious Middle East based family business house is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their dynamic team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will manage and run a fresh, new concept restaurant and report directly to the owner.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.
• Take full responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
• Maintain high standards of food, service, health and safety at all times.
• Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or other relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years management experience in the food industry in the GCC.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
