Job Description ARM/IS: Area Retail Manager, Qatar
An opportunity has arisen for an Area Retail Manager to join one of the leading Telecommunications Operators in the Region.
Responsibilities:
• Drive achievement of sales and revenue targets.
• Communicate and implement strategy within specific branch networks.
• Achieve Customer Satisfaction by achieving consistency across all branches.
• Develop a business implementation plan for each branch to ensure that each branch delivers against its targets.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, business administration or related field.
• At least 4 years strong management experience of Retail Branches within a Telecom Operator in the GCC.
• Knowledge Management Systems and Technical knowledge of Back Office support software and processes within a retail environment.
• Must be fluent in oral and written English and Arabic.
