Description : Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline or Master's Degree in Business Administration with Seven years experience of which four years in power / desalination plant is required. Should have experience in computer applications such as: word processing (Word, Word perfect), MP2, spread sheets (Excel, Lotus, Access), graphics (viz. Freelance, PowerPoint, Harvard, etc.) Excellent knowledge in Maximo system for processing various requisitions , orders and payments. Excellent written and oral communication and inter-personal skills are essential. Ability to handle multiple assignments. Should have a driving license. With experience in CNIA is preferred but not necessary. Role : Responsible for the ordering of spare and consumable parts and supplies and knowledgeable of the material management system. Knowledge of material and parts requisitioning, receiving reports, vendors, and suppliers, import duties and shipping terms and methods. Must have good communication skills, in the use of telephones, faxes, and reproduction equipment. Responsible to assist the maintenance and planning / scheduling departments for procurement of parts and supplies on a timely basis, retrieved and packaged for delivery to the end user. Supervises the storekeepers and storeroom operation to meet material management performance. Salary Range : AED 14,500 to AED 16,000 plus benefits
