1.	Junior PHC Technician Multi Purpose (Sanitary Inspector) BPS-12	18 to 30 years	Secondary school certificate from recognized board and Qualified as Sanitary from a recognized Institute.

TERMS AND CONDITINS:-
Forms will be available on any working day during office hours on cash payment of Rs. 100/- from the office of the undersigned .
Application accompanied with compete bio-data and attested photocopies of academic / experience documents must reach the office of the undersigned within 15 days.
Interview calls will be issued to short listed candidates only
Only short-listed candidates will be issued interview call letters.
An application after the closing time and date will not be accepted.
The Selection Committee shall be competent t reject applications which are incomplete. However the aggrieved candidates can appeal to the Management Council for review. The decision of the Management council thereof shall be final.
Duly attested Photostat copies of the documents will be acceptable on the condition that the candidate would bring the original documents, when they are called for interview.
Call letters for interview shall be sent to eligible candidates only before the date of interview through registered post.
Candidates should produce the original documents at the time of Interview. Incomplete applications, not on the prescribed form, without documents & after due date will not be entertained. In service candidates should apply through proper channel. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
Any candidate may be disqualified and / or excluded from interview if he / she is:
Convicted by court of law.
Dismissed from public service.
Knowingly furnishes any false information.
Submits forged certificates.
Tempers with the entries in his/her candidature by improper means.
Misbehaves in the interview.
