Be one of the key person responsible in Qatar Airways IT department for development, customization and end to end support of the critical application system(s) to Qatar Airways Flight and Network Operations business units.
The successful candidate is expected to have good airline domain knowledge in flight and network operations with specialization in crew rostering and technical expertise in programming using C, C++, and python on UNIX. Working experience and/or knowledge of RAVE programming will be preferred. Job would require functional and non functional testing of the deliverables with focus on automated regression testing and knowledge of automated testing tools would be an added advantage.
Profile Qualifications
• The candidate should have a Degree or Honours in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Sciences/ Commerce with 3-4 years of programming experience.
• Good understanding of SDLC processes, problem solving and testing.
• Having good competence in customer services, communication and planning.
• Experience in an Airline Flight and Network Operations industry IT applications will be preferred.
