Job Description GMMD/NR: General Manager of the Mechanical Division, Bahrain
Our client, a leading Middle East based family business group is looking for a General Manager of the Mechanical Division to join their successful business in Bahrain. The candidate will lead a team of qualified engineers and will report to the Group General Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all mechanical engineering projects, initiatives and processes are in conformance with the established policies and objectives of the group.
• Plan and direct all mechanical engineering activities within the organization.
• Manage a site team of 100+ engineers plus subcontractors.
Requirements:
• At least 20 years work experience with solid experience in Erection and Fabrication.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, ideally a PMP certification.
• Hard-working, self motivated with proven leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills.
