Assists the Loss Prevention Manager in Managing the daily Operational of the department, to ensure Protection of hotel assets, associates, patrons and property.
Assists in the implementation of accident prevention systems, fire prevention procedures and safety procedures for the hotel and associates.
As the assistant to the department head is required to work with managers and associates to successfully execute all Loss Prevention Operations.

Requirements

Accounts Executive - Al Futtaim Group - Dubai

In this role you will be responsible for:
* Analysis of expense accounts on monthly basis, Accruals and posting necessary Journal Entries.
* Stock provision analysis on monthly basis in line with the financial policy
* Reconciling various GL accounts and prepare 'action-triggering' schedules.
* Coordinate, review and ensure with Shared Service AR team and RO Admin Assts, revenue related GL accounts are reconciled and necessary action taken on a continuous basis.
* Coordinate, review and ensure with Shared Service AP team, Inventory and AP related control GL accounts are reconciled and necessary action taken on a continuous basis.

To be successful in winning this role, you must have the following skills and experiences:
* A Graduate degree.  It is preferable that you have a Bachelor of Commerce or a Finance/Accounting related degree.
